DESCRIPTION: Black matte taffeta cocktail dress

 This sophisticated short cocktail dress has a bodice that features short sleeves and a deep scoop neckline. A full skirt supported by a net understructure features a just below the knee length full skirt. Decoration consists of four asymmetrical self-fabric tiers that all converge at center front on the skirt.
